Info structures are needed to read archived data. Wouldn't make much sense to me to provide info structures but no program that can read the data.
As any LIS structure is different you would need a different info structure for each LIS structure.

No, there is no standard infostructure available for any LIS structure since there is no read program for any archived LIS structure.
You can create your own structure in SARI, but still you need to create your own program too

Most objects are delivered with 30 days. Which is nothing more than a house number .
It is your task in an archiving project to define the residence time for object xy in your company. You / your business team have the knowledge about your design and reporting and analysis requirements. To find an acceptable time is from experience the toughest part of an archiving project.

S680 is a custom infostructure, so you won't find anything standard for it. I'm not 100% sure but I suspect S033 is that funky stock infostructure that is actually built only when the report runs. You might want to check if there is even any data in it for the current periods.
Otherwise infostructures may be rebuilt at any time if the corresponding source data exists, but if that data is archived and IS also archived then it's gone, I'm sorry.

reload program for PREVD archiving object in GTS system
Hi Team,
We have archived the Long term vendor declaration documents with PREVD archiving object in GTS system.
But due to wrong input the recent created or used LTVD's also get archived.
Due to this users were facing the problem.Could not find reload program for this archiving object in GTS system.
Tried by loading the data back to tables in quality system with the help of LSMW.
But the archivablilty status for the LTVD is showing as 90(can be archived), due to preprocess report kept this status.
Kindly let me know how I can reload the data back to tables.
If solution is only with LSMW, is there any program to rever the archivability check.

For the VIM module, we found this in the operation manual on Archive Server monitoring :
Archive server has below two important services which should be up and running:
Apache tomcat service
Archive spawner
May I ask what caused the Archive spawner to go down? How do we ensure it is up and running all the time?

Hi,
I found on market place OSS note # 1856008 where says that the error is caused because after ECC6 it must be included field LIKP-ERDAT as mandatory on the corresponding archiving infostructure.
I did not test it yet, but it seems to be the soluction

Opentext - Archiving document access management content repository
We have setup a content repository and are storing business documents using OpenText Document Access Management. I'm looking for information on how to archive the documents in the repository. We have set retention times for the document types, what are the steps needed to archive the documents in the Opentext content repository?
Additionally - any advice on how to setup the repository? One repository for all documents or repository per business area, etc?
Any advice greatly appreciated!

PO Archiving -MM_EKKO Error # BA 123
Hi,
I am trying to Archive PO order single lie item. I was able to set up Variant for both Pre-processing and Write.
When I am seeing log for Write I am getting termination with error code # BA123 ( Structure IBCOMP is not known in the ABAP Dictionary). Because of it error # 00-564 (Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE). See screenshot.
Do you know where I am missing step(s)?

I did check before posting and it says for SRM.
Is this applicable to ECC too? We are in SAP_APPL 606 -0008.
