QM_CONTROL Archiving Status Change

Dear Experts,

As per my requirement, need to archive QM_CONTROL archiving object. To archive some of the Inspection Lots, need to change the Status in BS22 transaction with all Allowed. But I don't have any idea what is the business impact by making the status to Allow option.

Could anyone please suggest what would be the Business impact if I change this options.
