I am not sure whether any changes done before archiving.

I think the report - RM06ER30 which you have given is nothing but transaction - ME82.

Now my query is after archiving my user has extracted the same archived PO by transaction - SARE in a txt file and he wants to know why for this Archived Purchase Order confirmations 0005 and 0006 are missing in item changes?

My suspection is that some user/IDOC has entered the conformation 0005 & 0006 and might have deleted it so that it has not updated in the item changes. Please correct me if I am wrong in this statement.

I am clueless hence needed an expert advise from you / team.
